Android Emulator Help (Eclipse)

I need a bit of assistance compiling an Android 2.0.1 application on Eclipse (Ganymede). The project is very large - with about 30 MB of assets, and the final .apk file is about 25 MB large. Due to the nature of the app, I cannot (and do not wish to) offload any part of it to the SD card. I would prefer to have the entire 25 MB in-memory. However, Eclipse yields the compilation errors shown below. I need to know how I can increase the size of the emulator storage space (not the SD card storage, but the actual in-memory stage for the emulator). Essentially, I need a fix for these errors which does not involve re-structuring my app. I want to simply adjust the eclipse and/or emulator settings to get around these errors. My computer has about 4GB of RAM, and about 500GB of hard disk space, so clearly that is no limit. For the 2nd error, I would like to know how to increase Eclipse's timeout so that the emulator can have about another 30 seconds to run before getting the timeout.
