Android SMS app

I currently have an Android app on the market that monitors all incoming and outgoing SMS messages from a device. The app then makes a copy of the message and forwards it to a Google account. It worked good, up until the last couple of Android OS versions. I believe it broke around 2.2 The issue is that the app will catch all incoming messages, but will not catch the outgoing messages anymore. I need someone that is an expert with the Android SDK, and knows how to work with Receivers and Services. A background service is used to monitor the outgoing messages and is either not working correctly, or keeps being killed off by the OS or a task killer. The problem also seems to be major on Samsung devices. Upon acceptance of your bid, i will forward my existing code. Upon completion of the job, i require all source code and a proven working copy
