Chat script upgrade

Looking for programmer with php, java script, yahoo user interface component and ajax skill to enhance a chat script. I have a fully functional mail order bride site. Also we have API ready to send and receive SMS to users. We need to do the following additonal work: 1. emotion 2. close tab link 3. chat notification on other site page 4. find bugs (if any) and fix 5. use the ready sms api 6. link chat button from profiles to chat api 7.
