Clone OR Create new website2

I need a website similar to archibase dot net FUNCTIONALITY of the website is priority here then the appearance/structure. It can be based on Phpfox(preffered) or Joomla. It can be preconfigured if you already have the SCRIPT BUT I want to see a live example of what you got first. I do NOT need the exact copy of it though. LOW budgeted project. So it you think you have what I need already and AGREEs to make just MINOR adjustments, well then bid. Then if you think that you are too good for me, then DONT BID. If successful and i am satisfied with your performance, immediate projects are to follow! Only experienced and those with portfolio (CMS) would be considered. Hope to hear from you.
