Connect Oscommerce V 2.2 RC 2 with DHL Intraship • Export of all relevant data to Intraship • Selection of relevant customers / shipping addresses in Oscommerce backend (not all orders with one status are ready to be shipped) • Automatic entry of the DHL tracking code into customers order history & automatic customer E-Mail with trackingcode What needs to be done in detail: Since we can not ship all orders, that have the status e.g. “ready to ship”, because the goods are not in stock, we need a manual selection of addresses, that can be exportet to intraship. Therefore we wish to have a button or check box in the order menu. By clicking on this button a CSV list is automatically created, that contains all the addresses which will be processed to DHL intraship. Also date & time should be saved and shown in the backend order history, so the admin knows that this address has already been processed. For identification the oscommerce order number shall be used. When all addresses have been chosen, that are ready to be proccessed, that CSV file should be uploaded to intraship (if possible automatically). The tracking codes have to be assigned to the matching order automatically. Also the trackingcodes shall be visible to both, customer and admin. DHL offers a service, which shows the actual status of shipment with a grafic. This grafic should be implemented into the customers order history, so they can always track their order. If no tracking code is connected to the order, no grafic shall be seen at all. After intraship generates the trackingcode, an E-Mail should be send to the customer. You will get a copy of our shop-system, where you can test your work. When you are ready, you send us the files & changes and we will implement your work into the live-shop (experience is available). Payment will be made, after everything works as requested.
