Convert XML shop offer data to SQL Statements

Get shop offers with XML from affiliate networks and convert them to SQL Statements (in mySQL Format).
Your job is to write and deliver code in JAVA (PHP and Perl if not possible) that does the following:
- Get offer data of six product categories from four partner shops of two affiliate networks (Zanox & Tradedoubler) on a daily basis.
- The data are accessible in XML format in zipped files up to 18 MB size. XML is up to 240 MB.
- You will get a list of XML tags for data extraction and a definition of a SQL [login to view URL] is validated with a schema. SQL should be importable on developer db.
- The target data will be a SQL import file (UTF8).
Enclosed you will find an import scheme for the Zanox affiliate-network (that still might be subject to changes).
