Design and program new user page for social network

I have a social network I have been developing for a while. The user page was designed a few years ago and since then the trends have changed. I am looking for someone creative but yet also has the techincal knowledge to implement it. I already have the system in place, so it is not completely from scratch. I am looking for the most recent design trends and programming. I know a lot but not quite as advanced to implement a complete overhaul. I am including a rough outline of the vision I have, but be creative and give your own input. Colors are permanent so please no color scheme changes. No wordpress, joomla, or any other CMS software.
