Account Creation with Login/Logout and Paypal functionality

User pays a monthly subscription via PayPal. After accepted by PayPal user will register and confirm via email then have the abilities to login/logout and see some different stuff. Please read the FULL description. Do not make any bids if you don't understand completely what it is you must do. Please ask all the questions you need. Only PHP is accepted. ## Deliverables First there is a page with 2 PayPal buttons, 1. $27 / month subscription 2. $47 / month subscription By clicking and accepting/paying through PayPal the user will be redirected to a sign-in page. On this page the user must register with: ? First name ? Last name ? Username ? Password ? Password repeat ? E-mail When they click the "Register" button they will receive a message saying something like: **Please check your inbox for an email from us. In order to become a full scale member you will need to open this e-mail and click the confirmation link inside. If you haven't received the message in 5 minutes you should check your spam folder.** An e-mail will be sent to the email address the user registered. In the e-mail there will be a link. When the user clicks on this link the user will be registered as a member on the website and redirected to the login page. If the user clicked on the $27 button they will have a level 1 membership, if they clicked the $47 button they will have a level 2 membership. A level 3 membership will exist but is only for administrator. Passwords must be stored securely as hashed value. When users with levels 1 or 2 login they will see a top menu with the following menu items: **Home | URL Ranking | Writing & Posting | Report Bug** When users with level 3 login they will see a top menu with the following menu items: **Home | URL Ranking | Writing & Posting | Reported Bugs | Users | Broadcast** If someone visits the website, there will be **Login | Register** in the upper right corner. If the visitor clicks on register he will be redirected to another website. If he clicks on login, a jquery/Ajax window will open up the login form where the users can login. When a user is logged in the text **Login | Register** will change to just **Log out** and by clicking that link or leaving the computer untouched for 20 minutes (or a session?) the user will be logged out automatically.
