Add Flash and Quicktime viewers to my site

I would like to add Flash and Quicktime streams to my website. Currently it only plays MS Media files. Please go to [login to view URL] to view the current setup. I would want the flash and quicktime player to show up right where the Media Player does now, when Flash or Quicktime videos are chosen. I really don't think this is very tough, but I just don't have time to look it up and do it myself right now. I've got the project open for 7 days, but if I get some good bids quicker, I'll close the project and choose a provider sooner.
