Address Database with Google Maps

Looking for someone to create a website with a database backend that would hold contact names, address, phone numbers, etc that would map them onto Google maps using their geo location information within defined boundaries. Example, 'Territory #1' has 4 contacts within it and would map those four contacts. We would need to be able to print the defined area with the contact place markers on the first page and the contact specific information (name/address/etc) on the second page.
