Ajax/JS Color-Rating Component

Create an Ajax color-rating component that allows to give a rate to an object. This component must be user-friendly, inspired by existing star-rating systems, compatible with major web-browser and having a deprecated mode (if JS not active). JQuery is recommended (almost required) for implementation. SPECIFICATIONS ARE FULLY DOCUMENTED IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT.
