This is a nominal issue and has to do with the access URLs expiring. I run the JW player on a few sites and try to avoid Amazon for reasons just like this. Amazon cloud, while having lots of goodies, normally is just more than actually needed. You might actually consider an unbranded youtube player inside the JW player and just forget you had any problems.
I loaded the page several times, didn't see the issue. I am not really interested in bidding although I set stuff up on Amazon, then moved to Rackspace. Anyway, I suggest you contact Ethan at Longtail, they have been very good about dealing with player issues and it might be as simple as upgrading your player. Everything I've ever sent them they've fixed.
