Andalucia (Spain): Searching for a good PHP and / or Drupal coder

We just opened a very small office in Marbella (Spain) and searching for local coders for several projects and maybe as timly or fulltime job. So this research is locally fixed on the area of Andalucia in Spain to keep the option of real work in our office. For this we search a coder with very good knowledge and experience in PHP and good knowledge in HTML / CSS. Good experience with Drupal will be perfect for one of the first projects.
