Backend needs to be created

Hey, I need a backend system for my upcoming service. The backed system will be credit based so everytime a buyer buys a service the corresponding amount of credits will be deducted. We also need a work flow management system to be created so that our employees get work assigned according to their expertise and scope of work and the entire work should be prioritized. This should be connected to the backend system of the website. Also the most feature I want is we need a mind mapping ( flow chart ) script to be created so that our clients can create a mind map of the strategy they want to use. The mind map should be drag and drop . Whenever each item is dragged and dropped the corresponding credit should be deducted. More detailed and elaborate information will be given once you have won the bid. Preference will be given to people from Bangalore with necessary skills. Please note that you should be wiling to sign a NDA and we will be owning all the rights for the entire system that is created.
