Basic Reserve and Collect order system

I require a team to design and build an online reservation system for my website. Products can be reserved, paid for and collected from nearest store. Clients will have there own online account to sign up to the website and track orders Clients will be able to browse products that are in stock reserve them at a selected store pay for them via card payment or paypal (with option to pay cash on collection) They will then be given a reservation number to pick up there product. Products will be added to a basket when they are reserved and the client can continue to shop or check out the selected items. All products will be reserved for 48 hours. When a product has been reserved it will be displayed as "out of stock" on the system, then if it isnt collected i can go in and make it available again. The number of products listed on the website at one time will always be below 100. I would like the system to be easy for me to edit myself i.e i can add/edit/remove products 24-7. This is so that i can change prices and descriptions and add more products. I would like the system to be future proof, i.e when we have more stores the system can cater for that. At the moment we have 2 stores, and products will be able to be reserved and collected from both. Please note that the stores are only half a mile from each other so products can be delivered to either store as long as there in stock. I think have covered a lot here however i am not an expect, it just needs to be a basic working reserve and collect system similar to those that Argos and PC world use etc. Any questions/more details please ask.
