I basically need someone who is an IT professional to discuss ideas for web-based services with on a longer term. This person needs to be familiar with up-to-date web coding, design, etc. I'm looking not only for formal input but also someone business-focused and trustworthy who is willing to brainstorm together about feasibility & possibilities. Since the person won't be doing very demanding technical work the pay will be basic and hourly. Looking forward to the responses!
