Browser in Browser CONCEPT

concept working project of a browser in a browser. I want a webpage that has two components Component A) A textbox and a button, the user enters a url and clicks the button to load the contents into Component B Component B) display the URL from Component A The application must be able to record all the URLS entered into the textbox AND all the links clicked in componentB, for example user enters <[login to view URL]> and does a search on "apple" and clicks the [login to view URL] link in the google results. I need to be able to record the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] URL' S. The concept solution i am after should work in Internet Explorer , FireFox and Safari I would prefer the content being loaded by the browser from the external domain, I will also pay a bonus if the data requests are retried by the client and no/limited caching is used.
