Calculating ideal values for multiple variables - PHP script

I need a small website script to be made in PHP. User enters any number of different wines and their MSRP prices into a form: WINE NAME MSRP PRICE MAX QTY MIN QTY [_________] [_________] [_______] [______] [_________] [_________] [_______] [______] [_________] [_________] [_______] [______] [_________] [_________] [_______] [______] [_________] [_________] [_______] [______] [+ Add More] Offer price: $[______] [Calculate Ideal Values] Example Output Wine MSRP MAX MIN QTY White $10 - 360 V Red $20 - - W Rose $30 120 - X Porto $96 - 2 Y TOTAL Z --|------------- Script will calculate: - V, W, X, Y: How many of each bottle is ideal situation allowed; such that the ‘average price of all bottles’ has to be at least 25% higher than offer price; and that the values are within any optional MAX/MIN caps that were entered - Z: The lowest total QTY possible There will also be a ‘slider’ underneath the Z value, such that the user can slide it to increase it manually. As user slides it, the values for V, W, X, Y change. “Ideal situation” is such that the highest-priced wines have the maximum-quantity possible, and that the lowest-priced wine has the lowest-quantity possible.
