Changes to the ANSWER theme from templatic

I need a set of changes to the answer theme from [login to view URL] What i want to have : 1. You have to integrate al the ANSER-functions into the premium-wordpress-theme : [login to view URL] 2. Add and/or change multilanguage support with the default wordpress localizing functions __ and _e. 3. At the registration form the user should choose with categories he needs to use or wich skills he has (checkboxes of all question-categories). It must be also possible to change the settings at the user-account. This is already implemented at the "ask-question" form. You only have to copy and change this code. 4. Display the selected skills/categories at the user-profile 5. A setting at the backend to switch if or if not a user must be registered to post a question. 6. Member Search function. Add also a new widget for this 7. Add new Page-Template "Top-Users" or tab at the users-page, wich will display the 100 best rated users. 8. The rating function and calculation must be fully rewritten. We need 5 new decimal fields at the backend. -- 1. Points for a question -- 2. Points for an answer -- 3. Points for best answer -- 4. Points for "top" -- 5. Points for "flop" - the points (like the ebay stars) a user get must be calculated with this settings. Values could be decimal (e.g. 0.5 points) and could be negativ. 9. Implement a function to detect if qtranslate is installed. If so add special CSS to display the qtranslate flag-selection at the top right. 10. Implement a function to detect if wp-polls is installed. If so add special CSS to display the polls in the design of the theme. 11. Do a real file, theme, variable and function clean-up (delete all unneeded files, functions and css-codes) Terms of payment. I will upload the money as escrow payment in 4 milestones, each with 25% of the project. - 1. escrow : on start of the project. - 2. escrow : after points 1 and 2 are done. - 3. escrow : after points 3, 4, 5 and 6 are done - 4. escrow : after point 7 is done All escrow payments will be released if the project is finished.
