Changing the local computer ip address before submitting a form

We require an application that can read an excel spreadsheet for the data field where the ip address is located. This ip address will be used to show were the data originated from once submitted into a form created by our custom software. We have a custom software build that can only do one part of whats needed. Our custom software current has: Time delay for submitting forms Reads data fields from excel Post data on website form Submit completed online website form This software will have two parts: Part 1: Read the excel spreadsheet for required fields and then post on the online form, (Same as our current custom software does now) Part 2: Will read the same excel spreadsheet to grab the ip address field. After the ip address have been identify it will be used to post to show were the online form is being posted from.
