We are in need of someone to complete and enhance an application that is written in Cold Fusion / AJAXand uses MySQL 5.0.
The application is intended to be an automated call center application that allows a user to create a project, build in a script/survey, add an email fulfillment (html and text), add documents for objection handling/help, to name some of the functionality.
It also needs to have reporting built in for client reporting.
The current developer has brought us to about 80% completion, but has scheduling problems and cannot finish the project for us.
We would prefer to work with individuals that possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of a call center environment, verifiable experience working with Cold Fusion, Ajax and MySQL 5.0. Once the application is completed there will be enhancements needed and we would prefer to work with one developer.
I can provide code examples upon request.
