Content Locker Integrated with hasoffers

I am looking for a content locking gateway where users can select different layout styles, offers and bulletproof. The users would be able to make a locker individually through the user-backend that would generate a code for them to apply on their websites and apps. The users would be able to select certain offers on our network that would apply to the locker. Approved offer will carry a specific tag within the system in order to eliminate non approved offers from being published within the gateway. Please contact me for more info on this project.
