Convert a HTML template into a Drupal 6 theme

We have a fresh new HTML template that has recently been developed by a web-designer that needs to be converted into a working and installable Drupal 6 theme. Some points:- * The template HTML is fairly clean, you may need to make adjustments here and there * The template currently makes use of more than one javascript framework for no good reason - you will need to address this by standardizing on jQuery * You must make sure the menus work with Drupal menu management * You will not be required to develop any website content - only deal the Drupal theme The new template and thus the HTML + CSS + JS you will need to deal with can be examined here:- * [login to view URL] Again, your deliverable will be a Drupal installable theme.
