Convert 5 PSD's in a Joomla Template

Hi, I need someone to help with this. I've designed 4 PSD's of an independent project about hotels, you can check 2 of them here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4. PSD's represent: 1. Generic / Home - Google Custom Search for the site - Facebook login for user comments in all hotel profiles (as [login to view URL] example) - Email contact form module (as [login to view URL] example) under the squared banner - Category Menu (static) and Subcategory Menu (dinamic / editable). - Photo Slider - Top 10 Ranking 2. Hotel Profile - Editable Javascript or something I can edit in an easy way for custom-affiliate-links such the example. (Would valorate ideas about managing that) - Geolocalization of the hotel: including the map and the nearest hotels 3. Home Category - I need 4. Standard page - Doesn't need special requirements... Just for some other content articles such "who we are" and things like that. I like to work dinamiclly and in a very fast way. If you got any question just ask.
