Convert googlemaps v2 to v3

Hi,
My website, [login to view URL] runs Google Maps v2. I would appreciate if someone could rewrite the code to v3. I assume this is an easy task for an experienced developer (despite my untidy code ;-).
The purpose of the map is to show the location the user has inputted and the closest weather station. The locations of the weather stations are stored in a mysql database. The page also calculates the distance between both locations.
Included you will find the site's sourcecode and mysql location data.
