Copy information from webpages into a program.

Need a simple program for Windows. Program objective is to read information from website on a current price (+ shipping ) of an item that is for sale. Basically I need to have one column of links that program will read from and will provide the info on the item's price in another column. And the third column in which i put a desired price. Once tree columns done. One more is needed which will give an answer: is the item actual price is within desired price range ( within 1%-30% of desired for example ) It would be good to have an option to sort column #4 too. A refresh button to instantly see the newest prices. Ability to add links from excel would be good, but not necessary as long as all links can be saved within a program in different groups. Ability to have 1000+ links added. Any of your own ideas are welcome to make a use of a program easier.
