Hi Freelancers! Any of my email sent through my server are going to "SPAM" and "JUNK'' folders instead of "'INBOX" in gmail, outlook, yahoo etc. For example if someone registers account at my website the account activation email is sent to the user's email address "SPAM" or "JUNK" folder instead of "INBOX". I contacted my hosting support and they are saying "The best thing you can do to limit that chance is to modify your SPF record to meet the exact sending habits for your domain. You can learn more about SPF records and the syntax to use by going to [url removed, login to view] " and i don't know what is SPF record and how to configure it. So i require an expert to do this for me.

Your hosting provider has to create reverse PTR records for your domain or IP. On your end you have to create spf records on cpanel dns entries.
