Create a Navigation Bar with Drop Down Menu's

I would like to have a navigation bar built with drop down menus. All text should be readable and be able to be indexed by search engines. I have attached two screen shot mock ups of how i would like the navigation bar to look, and how the drop down menus will function. All the icons used in the screen shot can be used in the navigation bar itself, and I can provide these as individual images sized as need if you require.
