Create Yahoo Widget

This project is for the creation of a Yahoo charting widget. The widget will have a stacked barchart graph showing actual sales vs. budgeted sales for this month and next month. It will also have a drop-down to select the region to show the graph for. When you change the region drop-down, the graph would change to show that region. The data for the widget (including the list of regions) will reside in HTML or XML on a web page. The structure of this data is up to you to determine. It could be one or multiple pages. The widget needs to be able to be run on either a PC or a Mac. The graph and widget should be great looking!
