I am looking for a skilled programmer to write software that will create instant popups showing sub-menu items when visitors roll their mouse over on any of the main menu items on the left side of the page. This is in an effort to make the site easier to navigate. There are a total 13 menu items that I want to have this feature. Links for all the sub-menus already exist on the site.
