Create search feature and contact form

I'm designing a website that needs to have the ability to search products by selecting color, size, type etc. I know this could be done in JavaScript but I'm open to any code any the best way to do this. I also need a Flash intro of coffee beans falling down the page to form a shape of a coffee roaster. I also need a contact form that would have an option for the sender to send a copy to their email address. The site has not been designed yet but would be in the next week or two.
