Custom NG Gallery Mods for Wordpress Blog

Hi, I'm in need of some custom NG image gallery mods for a wordpress blog plugin. Ideally what I would like is about a 500x700 or 600x400 for the main pic, with a group of 25x35 thumbnails in a grid to the left. When you move your mouse over the thumbnails, I would like that image to appear in the large pic. fabricmag dot com slash photo Within the large pic, I would like the arrows to click forward, backwards, send pic to facebook, send pic to twitter, and play show. regarding loading the pictures I would like to be able to upload standard image files, in the right size, and have them as-automatically-automatically-as-possible loaded into the thumbnails, and voila! also, I would like to be able to load metadata for each pic... is that possible? Please quote the hours you would need to complete this and how much your hourly rate would be.
