Debug application

Need help debugging an application that worked fine until we migrated it to a new server on rackspace. This application uses both a web interface and a desktop browser plugin. We migrated the files, did the standard update to the config files like database access etc. but for some reason the app is still not working. The install script places a plugin into the browser and activates advertising on certain websites. Need to be able to understand both windows and mac environments related to browser plugins. Must understand install-shield, javascript, php, c etc In the near future, we will be looking looking for someone to finish the development of this application. For now however we are looking for the best of the best to help debug the current application and get it working again. If you are good at debug and you have a good rating on freelancer...bid bid bid.
