Developer's Test

I want help with some javascript but more importantly I want to find a developer who I can work for me on a continuing basis to develop items such as a message board, wiki setup, booking and payment system for a rental house, and many others. Availability is a must, so please indicate your availability in USA ET hours. Job sizes will range from the very small to a booking and rental system for a vacation houses. This first job is primarily to find out whether I like the work of the winning bidder. So expect that besides the code that needs to be developed, I will want to IM about the code to understand it but more importantly to learn more about you. So include two IM sessions of about 15 minutes in your bid. When viewed in a browser, the attached file shows (makes visible) all the gifs of "Competencies" (blue skill-like names in the middle section of the page) only when the radio button for Senior manager is checked. That should remain as it is, but the competency called "Maintain Credibility" should be visible all the time for all conditions when the file is displayed in a browser. Notice it is not visible when the Influence Leader is checked. And, the two other competencies that are not visible for the Influence Leader should remain Invisible when Influence Leader is checked. The visible/invisible conditions currently in place for the Manager and Senior leader positions should remain as they are. So, after you fix this problem, let me know so I can IM you about it. Also, don't feel you have to bid 2 cents to win this job. Cost is not the issue. I will pick a winner based on what I divine about how well I could work with you, and then validate that with this test project.
