Developing Online User Checklist

I run a recovery site that offers many free resources to those recovering from addiction. Last year, my son developed a checklist that I used to monitor the progress of those that I work with. It was a fairly simple program (he is in his first year of programming in college...though has dabbled a bit over the past few years). Since downloading Internet 7, this script has all sorts of inconsistencies appearing. Asking him now, he recognizes that he originally wrote the script quite poorly...and that there is virtually no security (not a huge issue with this script, unless it jeopardizes other areas of the site)...and, it is inefficiently constructed (used PhP, Javascript, CSS). I need someone to take the basic functionality of this script and construct a much more efficient structure to run it. There is also an admin area that provides minimal functionality (allows me to register clients, few other things). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All functionality from existing program must be maintained. This includes the color-coordination of processes that are completed, in-process or have yet to be begun. 4) Additional features/enhancements added to the script as follows: * Currently, the individual areas that store data are written in CSS...which makes it very cumbersome to add to this tracker. All of the CSS coordinates need to be re-entered. There has to be a better way. My guess? Storing them in tables that span. *Currently, each collapseable area is limited to the field comment box, help area, and a completed box. I need the ability to add customized field boxes in certain areas. This cannot be done currently because of the CSS issue discussed above. *Some form of security, encryption needs to be added to the login process. Nothing major, just so that there is a basic layer of security in place. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Runs on Linux....must be compatible with all major browsers.
