Django web developers wanted

I am currently building an ecommerce site using Django. I have been overtaken using other work. I'm lookign for some Django developers who are capable of taking some work off me with high level instructions and sending it back.
This would be easier if I could find someone who wants to work for day rate (although working part days is also ok).
You should be available on Skype or messenger so you can talk to me while you are working.
Some good skills with Python, mysql, html and css would also be needed.
