A Wordpress custom theme design for a Charity

I require a professional and talented developer to design a Wordpress theme for a Mosque based on examples shown below: 1) [login to view URL] 2) [login to view URL] We require a custom theme controll page to be created inside the Wordpress dashboard to enable us to manage all aspects of the theme easily.
