ajax datagrid using activewidget(repost)

I have a project where I need to get an ActiveWidget datagrid setup on a web site. The datagrid only needs to have 3 columns. I have setup the database and created an [login to view URL] page with some html and a graphic showing how the datagrid should look. Here is a brief description of the features: 1. Select All will select all checkboxes. 2. User can delete one or more selected items by clicking the Delete button. 3. When either the "type" or "crop year" is change the datagrid is updated with the correct data from the grw_rice table. 4. "Total Records" should show a count of the number of records in the current datagrid. 5. "New Row" at the bottom will allow the visitor to add a new row to the current datagrid. 6. User should be able to click into any cell and edit the cell which will then auto save to the database. 7. Start and End dates need to be formatted in MM/DD/YYYY format. 8. Price needs to be formatted in US Dollars (example: $4.98). I think that is about it... as you can see it is very similar to other projects we've done in the past together.
