This is for an alternative/homeopathic medicine practice. Needs nice design with a video on the home page. Has to be dynamic. Admin will provide users a username and password. The admin will then select a question form (there will be several question forms to choose from depending on the patients problems). This question form will be attached to that user. User will be able to fill out the form and send it to the admin. Admin will also be able to login on the site to access education videos to be played for patients while they wait. Page break down: Home page, team page (about specialists), about clinic, contact, what to expect, video page, testimonials, secured video page (this is where the admin/specialist can login and show videos to patients, admin page, form page for users…and perhaps some other pages that may be static.
