Looking for a Javascript expert for:

On an ad banner (that jumps on top of a web page), when the user clicks the ad the banner it should automatically close itself and show the web page underneath. If not they should wait for 30 seconds until it closes itself.

Also, an 468 x 60 ad banner should pop every N minutes and behave the same way described above.
