blog portion of site with multiple bloggers

We are looking to create something very similar to this: Blogger area (note the blogger link in the top nav): [login to view URL] Main site (note the list of bloggers on the left site of the page): [login to view URL] where we have multiple blogger accouts with separate logins. Each blogger will have a link to their particular blog in the top navigation area. Essentially we need a way to have multiple bloggers log in and update only their own sections. If there is a way to do this in wordpress that would be ideal, since the main site will be done in wordpress. If you could come up with a solution that would allow us to add/remove bloggers, and have those changes update the blogger list on the main site, as well as the navigation on the blogger area. TO CLARIFY: this is NOT a job to develop the whole site, JUST the bloggers area.
