clone old hotornot prior to when they removed the pay to meet double matches feature

We are looking for a clone of the entire “old” Hot or Not site prior to when they removed the pay for “Meetme” feature, we do not need “the super profile” and “hotlist” features. We DO NOT want an i-Rater type script! If you do not know how Hot or Not works, including the MeetMe feature, membership structure including what the different memberships levels allow members to do, become familiar with it or do not submit a bid. Since they already removed the pay for meet-me feature I mentioned, in case you are not familiar with such feature, message me and I will explain how it used to work so there is no confusions, or read the spec sheet I attached thoroughly since all the information are in there. Brief summary of the major features: This script must include 1) Photo rating - rating scale of 1-10 , with the option of choosing to meet the person. See MeetMe below. 2) MeetMe type feature - to allow members to express interest in talking to other members. This is a double blind system, the members have to approve or say yes to wanting to meet the other. But unless one member has a paid membership otherwise both parties cannot send message to each other. Ability to search by age, sex, location and keyword…etc 3)Membership levels - at least 2 levels (free and paid and maybe one more with free virtual gifts) and the ability via the Admin panel to set what each level can do or access. Paid memberships would also use an auto-renew feature. Payment system has options of pay each month, every three/six/nine/twelve months. Fully functional Admin area - This area will allow for approval of photos & short bios, ability to delete members, advertising control, FAQ area... etc. We will also need the script to be installed fully and tech support for the script for reasonable timeframe in case of bugs. From scratch codes and I will own all rights to the final product. See the detailed spec sheet attached to this post and get back with a precise bid. ( no quote and bait tactics, the spec sheet is as detailed as it can get, so I expect you to give me a final quote not a place holder bid or anything like that). Only programming needed from you, you will need to work with the designer I hire to implement coding to his design.
