create vertical drop down menu

I am looking to create vertical drop down menu (Super market store.) A web based interface designed in PHP that allows to create vertical drop down menu for each category For each drop down menu to have the ability to 1 Add isles and name them. the first isles should start with # 1 and next 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 2 Add Categories in isles in drop down menu 3 Add rows to Categories (it should ask how many rows) a row Menes 4 cell vertical every cell should have a unique name followed by a1 a2 a3 a4 4 The rows should have the same name as the Item Categories. it should lat you change the name The templates menu has to be saved on to a MySQL database There should be the ability to Edit and Copy templates menu the data has to be picked up from an existing MySQL Database
