a second serious indian provider for web projects

inquiry- i am seeking a second serious indian provider to implement offshore projects, most of which are web related required expertise- strong solid web tech: php, jscript, seo, design (in-house studio an advantage), mysql, social apps, open source php frameworks and solid development processes i am a very technical development manager and your code samples and portfolio will be carefully reviewed by me and by my other provider i dont care about ratings as i dont believe in them nor do i care about recommendations or previous customers provider contact: i wish to work with a contact who can deal with a blunt, uncompromising, result driven customer. provider should be open to implement new technologies and standards provider characters- a small provider company that employs 25-50 professionals and is EAGER and HUNGRY to expand dont answer most criteria's?
