PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: If you are not experienced in designing a newspaper Website, do both of us a favor, and do not bid on it. I have already paid two inexperienced Web designers, and wasted a lot of time and money. Please have a little ethic and do not experiment on my account. Thanks. I want to start working on this project right away. I need a Web designer to design a small community online newspaper Web site. This is a start-up newspaper. There are no articles, news stories, or features to post at this time. You will set up a functional Website, that can be populated at a future date. The newspaper will be published in two languages, English, and a non English languages. The format will be same in both languages. You will insert the link to the other language and we will translate them into the other language. We will provide the categories in top menu. Feel free to ask questions. Please don't bid if you are not sure. We will pay upon completion of the project. No escrow will be set up. I am not a professional Wed designer. So, you have to describe in detail what will you provide in the Website. You must submit either a previously done Website, or a mock up. Thank you. Tawhanjo.
