Hi, I am looking for someone who can build a question and answer website, something like yahoo answers.. you can use any open source cms or you can build this using core php programming.. I don't care as long as it is scalable and does not have performance issues in the future.. Next I would also like to invite SEO proposal for this website, which in all probability should be done by the same guy / company who builds this website. I have a lot on my hands right now.. so I only want one company doing both of these.. For development I am looking at a max. 3 month timeline - the site should be delivered to me in 3 months! don't bid if you can't do that.
