Build an hosting website with Joomla

Hi freelancers, I need to build a new website for a HOSTING PROVIDER. The design is predefined. We need to have a navigation menù (standard one: about us, link, contacts, and so on). We need to have tipical hosting menu/options: domains check and registration, hosting plans to order, hosting adds on to order, a trouble ticketing system for customers. We DON'T need integration with our control panel. We want to have a joomla platform for the project, so it is a MUST. Text, photos and anything will be provided.
