Asterisk Bulk-Fax App Linux CentOS

We would like to move away from using Email due to ever more occuring problems with Firewalls, ISP´s, etc. to sending by Fax to reach our customers. The datas from our customers are actually in csv format on our server. So for the project: I am looking as mentioned for the possibility of so to say to bulk/mass fax to our houselist which is about 150.000 customer entries. As I was told (since I am not familiar with) this would be possible via Asterisk using a VOIP number and could be run via our own VPS (similar to a service called Popfax DOT com but since we don´t want to give out our entire customer list with all data we want to run it on our own server instead). So I need suggestions with offer for the programming of an Asterisk app that accomplish the sending to our entire list via our own server.
