I was on vacation and I forgot to tell you. I am sorry.

This project will build upon what you have done with the calendar application and you will make an new program for the users.

I need you to make the lines darker on the calendar grid.

The e-mail feature needs to be disabled globally for now.

If you can the time slots need to "stick" to the top of the page so when the users scroll they can see the times without scrolling up. OR add them to the bottom of the calendar grid.

The big part is the addition of a database for the users. This will be a site that contains all the information the people who use the calendar will need to tell folks who call on the phone. There will be a link from the calendar to this application OR they can login directly through their own login screen. The cookies should be shared so they don't have to login twice.

The site will consist of several tabs.

First and easiest there are a list of names and numbers that will need to be displayed. Needs to be easy to edit by admins. These are a list of common people that get callled. It's updated frequently. Needs to have a print button. Alphabetical by last name display with option to order by first name at top of grid.

Next is a "referal guide" this will be a database of all the other organizations we refer to. It has to have the contact infomation of the organization and information about them. The ability to search is key and you will consult with me how to set up the searches to make it easy. Maybe categories or keywords?

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Continued from descrition above.

Next is a tab to get directions. It will have several hard coded "locations" that I will enter via admin panel. This will give them directions to the saved location they select, via a drop down box from wherever the caller gives directions from. You'll want to send the info to mapquest or google maps and then make a pop up window show the directions.

Supporting admin pieces to support the above.

Platform:

Same as before has worked well.

FYI: Next project will integrate what you have done with a cms. Think about that now. I want my site redone in a cms but we will discuss that after you have completed this. Think about that integration as you work on this project.
