Hi,
I am a serious buyer who is looking for a DESIGNER and a CODER who work together with good knowledge of PHP/MySQL.
The work contains:
1) Coding search (Simple & Advanced (for sale & for rent)) ´boxes´ to search the DB for results including Map-search on location. (queries) Showing result is from the already existing coded "fields/items" in the design (you are making) as mentioned below.
2) Coding some functions or link them from back end into the page menus which can be de-/activated in admin.
Change of the existing design and design a front and result page incl. menus, functions and links (I have HTML basis already).
Design these templates and implement these in the admin penal. Design a logo.
The website pages (db-driven)use CSS styles and menus which can be changed/set in the admin-penal.
After that: coding 10 or more queries and links from result.
Preferred is when you have a good knowledge of real estate/renting business.
Please do not bid when you can not start the next day or finish it before Friday next week.
